Marinelly Vaslon

1 title Acting Brittany, France

Marinelly Vaslon, hailing from Brittany in Western France, began her artistic journey by studying foreign languages, including English, German, and Spanish. Her passion for the performing arts led her to Paris, where she enrolled in a prestigious drama school. She honed her craft through Lesley Chatterley's Acting in English course before spending four years at Eva Saint Paul's theatre school.

Vaslon made her acting debut in 2011 with The Egg, a play by Félicien Marceau. Around this time, she co-founded her own theatre company, Boss'Kapok, alongside fellow actress Joyce Franrenet, which became a platform for over a dozen theatrical productions.

Her diverse repertoire includes performances in numerous theatre productions across France and the UK, featuring in an internationally touring comedy, La Guerre des Garces, by Fabrice Blind, and the Paris premiere of Harold Pinter's A Kind of Alaska (1984). She has also tackled works by various contemporary playwrights.

In addition to her theatre work, Vaslon has appeared in several short films, showcasing a wide range of characters—from a rock'n'roll barmaid to a hot-tempered Parisian girl. In 2015, she joined the ensemble of the TV series On Va En Parler, portraying Hélène, one of the quirky patients of Dr. Chardon. Her film credits include the thriller Night Fare (2015) directed by Julien Seri and the historical drama Fleur de Tonnerre, which tells the story of a 19th-century poisoner.
