Plot

Julie, a lonely teenager in Montréal, makes her home in an empty swimming pool while she navigates her days observing the lives of strangers. Abandoned by her father, she grapples with themes of courage, love, and desire through her watchful eyes. Her yearning for paternal connection draws her to Hank, a drifter from Alberta desperately searching for his former lover, Véronique, whom he left behind in Mexico. Fascinated by Hank's fixation and motivated by her own quest for her father, Julie decides to assist him on his journey, sparking unexpected connections along the way.
