Plot

Set in 2001, Centinel City is overrun by criminals, leaving the police powerless and citizens in fear. Amidst the chaos, the Techno Police, a specialized anti-crime unit, struggle to regain control until they enlist a sharp-witted newcomer with a talent for outsmarting lawbreakers. When a high-stakes experiment tank is stolen, the Techno Police spring into action. Armed with an ultra-sonic vehicle and advanced Technoids, the rookie cop plunges into a perilous high-speed pursuit, unaware that tremendous forces are about to be unleashed that could change everything.
