Sarah believes she has found the perfect one-bedroom apartment at Asilo Del Mar in Los Angeles, complete with spacious living, amiable neighbors, and social gatherings. However, her dream quickly turns into a nightmare as strange noises disrupt her sleep, her cat disappears, and the seemingly helpful residents raise red flags—especially the eccentric Lester. As unsettling truths unfold, Sarah realizes that her new home is not just a place to live; it has sinister intentions, and she may be trapped in a community that is far from welcoming.
