Plot

Commander Borf hatches a sinister plot to regress humanity into infants, aiming to seize control of Earth. Only the daring Kimberly and the valiant Ace stand a chance against his malevolent scheme. As they near Borf's fortress, disaster strikes: Ace falls victim to the Infanto Ray, transforming him into a child. Meanwhile, the villainous Borf captures Kimberly, leaving Ace in a precarious position. With time running out, can a pint-sized hero rescue his partner and thwart Borf's devious plan?
