Plot

Following a life-threatening car crash, Sam regains consciousness only to find himself imprisoned in a desolate hospital. Surrounded by eerie, malevolent entities, he realizes escape is not an option. As he navigates the dark corridors filled with unsettling secrets, Sam must confront both his own fears and the supernatural threats that seek to keep him captive.
