Plot

While on a leisurely road trip across Europe, two American friends experience a nightmare when their car fails in a desolate German forest. Stranded and desperate for assistance, they stumble upon a seemingly inviting villa. However, what awaits them inside is far from hospitality. They fall prey to a twisted former surgeon whose grotesque obsession leads him to enact his horrific experiment. As the night unfolds, they confront unimaginable horrors, trapped in the chilling grip of a man with a sinister agenda.
