Plot
Soo-hyun's recent home purchase of a faulty washing machine leads to frustration and an angry online review, dubbing the seller a fraud. Unbeknownst to her, the seller is a psychopathic serial killer who preys on unsuspecting victims through second-hand sales. Her negative review disrupts his chilling plans, making her his next target. Soon, she faces a barrage of disturbing phone calls, unsolicited food deliveries, and unwelcome visitors. A visit to the seller's address turns grim when she and the police discover a lifeless body, thrusting her into a terrifying game of survival.
