Plot

In the 2005 film "The Amityville Horror," George Lutz, along with his wife Kathy and their three kids, relocates to an alluring yet inexplicably affordable Dutch colonial home in the tranquil town of Amityville, Long Island. What appears to be a dream residence soon reveals a dark history, as the Lutz family begins to experience disturbing and violent hallucinations and urges. As the supernatural occurrences escalate, the family's idyllic life turns into a nightmare, forcing them to confront the evil lurking within their new home.
