Plot

Set in a late 19th-century Italian village, Luciano, an outcast with a penchant for alcohol, struggles against societal norms. His rebellion against authority and a passionate, illicit romance lead him to unintentionally commit a crime. As punishment, he faces exile to the desolate Tierra del Fuego in Argentina.
