Blue World Order (2017)

Plot

After a nuclear catastrophe ravages the northern hemisphere, survivors in the south descend into chaos, fighting for dwindling resources. As society collapses, a deadly bacteria poses a new threat. A self-styled regime known as 'The ORDER' tries to restore order by distributing an immunization via a massive Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP), but secretly, they unleash a bio-tech virus to manipulate the populace. Amidst the turmoil, Jake Slater, the only man immune to the virus, scavenges the desolate landscape to save his unconscious daughter, unaware she is the last child on Earth and crucial for humanity's future.
