Plot
In "Spellbound," Dr. Anthony Edwardes takes over as the new director of a mental hospital in Vermont, only for Dr. Constance Peterson, a psychoanalyst, to uncover that he is an imposter. He admits that the genuine Dr. Edwardes is deceased, and he harbors a fear that he may have been involved in his death, yet his memories are hazy. Believing in his innocence, Dr. Peterson commits to helping him recover his lost memories through psychoanalysis, embarking on a journey to uncover the truth behind the mystery of his identity and the circumstances surrounding the real Edwardes.
