Plot
Following the journey of two Chinese brothers, the narrative unfolds from their arrival as illegal immigrants in the 1940s to their ascent as leaders of Hong Kong's most formidable triad by the 1970s. Kent Cheng portrays the level-headed brother, repeatedly stepping in to guide his impulsive sibling, played by Ray Lui. While the film presents a gripping tale of ambition and brotherhood, it also leans toward glorifying the triad lifestyle, resulting in a somewhat predictable storyline that echoes numerous true-crime narratives.
