Plot
Ecaterina, a high school religion instructor and the wife of the local priest, finds herself drawn into a complicated relationship with Iuliu, a 16-year-old student grappling with personal demons. As she attempts to guide him toward stability, the lines between mentor and protector blur, leading her to grapple with her own spiraling emotions and moral boundaries. This intense dynamic challenges Ecaterina’s beliefs and forces her to confront the consequences of her choices, ultimately pushing her to question her role both in Iuliu’s life and within her own community.
