Gabe the Cupid Dog (2012)

Plot

After a breakup with Marsha, journalist Eric seems to cope well, aided by his loyal dog, Gabe. His boss, Ms. Andrews, tasks him with uncovering the identity of a mysterious best-selling author, R.L. Dutton, before sending him to open an office in London. However, Gabe, fearing a lengthy quarantine with intimidating dogs, hatches a plan to play Cupid and connect Eric with their neighbor, Sara. Just when things heat up, Eric discovers Sara is Dutton, leading to a misunderstanding that jeopardizes their budding romance. Gabe must intervene to mend their relationship and keep them together.
