Plot

At Heartstrings Press, junior editor Dori Shephard fights to become the lead editor for Michael Rothchild's latest romance novel, despite the executives deeming him a washed-up writer. As Dori begins working with Michael, she quickly discovers he’s not the charming author she envisioned. With just 30 days to prove his worth and save his contract, their collaboration becomes challenging. Amidst her growing frustrations and wedding plans with fiancé Philip, Dori realizes that her job may jeopardize her relationship. She must redefine her understanding of love before she loses everything that matters.
