Plot

King Androcles of Thebes leads a voyage to confront a looming danger to Greece, foretold by an oracle. Hercules, part of the crew, accidentally tumbles overboard during a dense fog. Stranded on an island, he rescues Ismene from Proteus, a sinister shape-shifter. Grateful, Ismene brings Hercules to Atlantis, where he learns that her mother, Queen Antinea, has imprisoned Androcles. Determined to save his friend and stop Antinea's ambitious quest for domination, Hercules devises a plan to outsmart the queen and liberate both Androcles and the kingdom from her grasp.
