Plot

After 25 years of dedicated service, New York City police officer Peter Casey is stunned when he's asked to retire on the anniversary of his career. While coming to terms with this unexpected change, he finds himself grappling with a surprising twist: his beloved daughter, Maureen, begins a romantic relationship with the Scotsman who replaces him on the beat.
