Plot

A doctor who helps terminally ill patients die peacefully, along with his wife and son, unwittingly befriend a charming new couple next door. But these neighbors hide a fanatical agenda—they are religious extremists who see the doctor’s merciful work as murder. Their plan is not debate or protest, but cold-blooded slaughter of the entire family, believing it will serve as a divine punishment.
