Plot
The notorious criminal group OSO has a reputation for abducting top U.S. officials. After successfully preventing one of their kidnappings, Steve Austin finds himself powerless to stop them from snatching William Henry Cameron right from beneath OSI's watchful gaze. In response, OSO demands a ransom of one million dollars in gold, prompting Oscar Goldman to devise a plan to draw them out. Meanwhile, Steve partners with Dr. Erica Bergner, who is experimenting with a new brain transfer technique to uncover the location where Cameron is being held captive.
