Plot
In "Lakeview Terrace," a young interracial couple settles into their ideal California home, only to find themselves the focus of hostility from their next-door neighbor, a tightly wound LAPD officer. Taking it upon himself to monitor the neighborhood, he conducts nightly patrols that unsettle the newlyweds. As his behavior becomes more menacing, the couple is pushed to their limits, leading them to confront the escalating harassment. Their struggle for peace turns into a battle for their safety and relationship, as they navigate the challenges posed by their intolerant neighbor.
