Plot
Kai, an eager and inexperienced theater director, arrives in a bleak provincial town to stage Beckett's Waiting for Godot. Despite the local theater company’s apathy, he remains determined to bring the play to life. Set against the backdrop of fall 1989, as a revolution unfolds in the capital, a sense of optimism begins to blossom within the town. As Kai's production evolves, unforeseen circumstances and the stirring atmosphere of change intertwine, leading to a transformative experience for both the director and the community around him.
