Plot

On March 1, 2008, Commander Raul Reyes, the second-in-command of FARC, met his end in the jungle, victims of bombings carried out by the CIA and Colombian forces. Alongside his body, soldiers uncovered ten years' worth of his emails, revealing insights from the man tasked with negotiating the release of numerous hostages, including Ingrid Betancourt, and overseeing FARC's foreign affairs. “RED JUNGLE” explores the complex world of Reyes, showcasing interactions with politicians, journalists, arms dealers, diplomats, assassins, his close associates, and even his children, all while the revolutionary dream he led slowly descended into chaos.
