Plot
In a small Canadian town, a series of brutal murders targeting women sends shockwaves through the community. Chief Rich and Inspector McLane are initially stumped by the mysterious killings. Tension escalates when McLane shoots a man he suspects might be involved, leading to a temporary lull in the violence.
