Plot

Life in a gritty urban landscape proves challenging for Laura, surrounded by a world of addicts, dealers, and law enforcement. A gunshot echoes, intertwining the fates of those struggling to survive. Amidst the chaos, Laura grapples with her feelings as the nation is glued to LAW TV, following the trial of two officers who brutally attacked soccer star Trevor Lyons. Complicating matters, her first love, Jack, may be involved, while JIM, a heroin-dependent informant, adds to the tension. It's RUSSELL, her new romantic interest, who helps her confront her dreams and sexual awakening.
