Plot
Waikiki Brothers follows a struggling band that can't seem to find its footing. Following a disheartening performance, the saxophonist decides to leave, forcing the remaining trio to press on. They eventually arrive in the lead singer's hometown, once a vibrant hot spring destination in the '80s. However, their return is overshadowed by the weight of unfulfilled dreams, heartache, joblessness, and lingering tragedies.
