Plot

As tensions rise during the Cold War, CIA Agent Bob Taylor (Charles Napier) arrives in Moscow with his wife, Susan (Kimberley Kates), carrying a classified tape revealing Russian missiles being transported from a secret base. Their true destination remains a mystery—will they be aimed at the U.S. or handed over to terrorists? To uncover the truth, Bob must reach out to Armstrong (Frank Zagarino), a former ally now leading a Russian anti-terrorist unit under the ruthless Colonel Zukov (Richard Lynch), who will stop at nothing to assert his power.
