Plot

Two brothers, Marten and Volker, reunite in their parents' vacant coastal home, each carrying deep-seated wounds from their past. Marten, the elder, hopes to reconcile by bringing their mother back from prison, where she has been since their father's violent death. In stark contrast, Volker appears solely focused on selling the house, harboring resentment toward both his mother and Marten for their perceived failure to shield him from the family’s abuse. As tensions rise, the brothers confront their fractured relationship and the haunting legacy of their childhood.
