Plot

Inventor David Kressen has spent a decade in isolation, perfecting his groundbreaking creations, notably Adam, a remarkably lifelike robot. When journalist Joy Andrews enters their unconventional world for a feature story, she feels a mix of fascination and repulsion towards David and his creation. However, as Adam begins to display unsettling emotions like anger and jealousy towards Joy, she becomes ensnared in a complex web of manipulation, where the true intentions of both men remain unclear.
