Plot
After breaking free from an asylum, a troubled medical student takes on the persona of a deceased stranger who strikingly resembles him. This dangerous ruse leads him to a foreboding island, where he encounters a deranged scientist and a host of grotesque beings. As he navigates this nightmarish landscape, he must confront the chilling realities of his new identity and the sinister forces that govern the island. The line between sanity and madness blurs as he fights to escape the horrors surrounding him.
