Plot
Mario, a dedicated nurse in a coastal Galician village, is well-liked at the local retirement home. When notorious drug lord Antonio Padín, freshly out of prison, arrives at the facility, Mario goes out of his way to make him feel welcome. Meanwhile, Padín's sons, Kike and Toño, are struggling to maintain the family business. A botched drug deal lands Kike in jail and leaves them with a hefty debt to a Colombian supplier. Toño seeks Mario's help to persuade their father to take responsibility, but Mario has his own agenda that complicates matters.
