Plot

In February 2022, filmmakers Spencer Frost and Guy Williment, alongside professional surfers Letty Mortensen and Fraser Dovell, embarked on an expedition to the remote Kamchatka Peninsula in eastern Russia. Despite meticulous planning over two years, their journey faced a significant setback when Russia launched an invasion of Ukraine just an hour before their flight to Moscow. Undeterred by the unfolding crisis, the team pressed on, capturing the raw beauty and challenges of this uncharted territory while navigating the complexities of a changing geopolitical landscape.
