Plot

Eight years post-fleeing the Congo after assassinating the mining minister, ex-hitman Jim Terrier struggles with PTSD while working on water wells as a form of penance. When an assassination attempt disrupts his new life, he journeys to London to uncover the identity of his would-be killer and the motives behind it. His investigation brings him face-to-face with Annie, a former love now wed to a shady businessman entangled in African affairs, complicating Terrier's quest for answers and closure.
