Plot

Eagle Pass, TX, and Piedras Negras, MX, have long been unified by the Rio Grande, but a shadow now looms over their once-peaceful coexistence. As tensions rise, a cowboy and a lawman confront a shifting landscape that endangers their traditions and community.
