Plot

Martial arts champion Pinoy (Shishir Inocalla) arrives in America, only to be thrust into a brutal gang conflict. Confronted by the ruthless Crazy Dragons gang, he engages in intense street battles to survive. During the chaos, Pinoy saves Jesse (Ernie Reyes, Jr.), who is deeply impressed by his extraordinary combat skills. Grateful for his rescue, Jesse forms a bond with Pinoy and introduces him to his father, setting the stage for a new alliance amid the turmoil.
