Plot
A crew from the cosmic fast food franchise Crumb's Crunchy Delights arrives on Earth with the aim of introducing human flesh as their latest culinary trend. After decimating the New Zealand town of Kaihoro, the nation's Astro-Investigation and Defense Service (AIaDS) is summoned to confront the threat. Complicating matters is Giles, an aid worker who arrives in Kaihoro that same day to gather donations from locals. Captured by the extraterrestrials, Giles prompts AIaDS to launch a daring rescue operation that escalates into a full-scale assault on the aliens' base.
