Plot

Driven by her desire to create a safer environment for her daughter, Regina Smith becomes a rookie officer with the Dallas Police Department. Teaming up with her partner Eddie, they uncover the chilling first victim of a serial killer targeting female prostitutes, known as “The Eyeball Killer” due to his gruesome method of removing victims' eyes.
