Megalopolis Express Way Trial 4 (1992)

Plot

Kenichi, a young boy facing terminal cancer, dreams of becoming a professional driver, inspired by his idol Keiichi Tsuchiya and his beloved Skyline GT-R (BNR32). To fulfill his brother's wish, Kenichi’s older sibling sacrifices both his Silvia K's (S13) and their father's car, using the money to buy a red GT-R (BNR32). A chance encounter with Tsuchiya at the racetrack gives Kenichi a thrilling ride, igniting his passion further. As Kenichi’s health declines, he extracts a poignant promise from his brother: to pursue racing and ultimately defeat Tsuchiya in a race.
