Plot

Frank Cooper, a veteran immigration officer, confronts the relentless challenges posed by drug cartels along the Mexico-U.S. border. Respected by the impoverished communities he protects, he becomes personally invested when Leina and Benny, a young couple planning to marry, ask him to be their best man. Trouble arises when Benny is coerced by the local mobster, Suarez, to join his illicit operations. As the stakes escalate, Frank finds himself drawn into a dangerous conflict, forcing him to navigate the murky waters of law enforcement and personal loyalty.
