Plot

After selling his cattle, retired rancher Chaoying embarks on a home renovation project. However, the situation takes a dark turn when Shuhe, a local assisting with the work, is discovered severely injured from a hit-and-run accident. Determined to find the perpetrator, Chaoying teams up with his friend Shuangzi. Together, they delve into the mystery, navigating the complexities of their tight-knit community as they seek to uncover the truth and hold the responsible party accountable.
