Plot

George and Phinneas, long-time friends residing in a Los Angeles duplex, find their lives disrupted by unsettling events. Their Russian landlord, Mr. Romanovsky, occupies the upper unit, while George's girlfriend Kim and her friend Olivia visit for a night of drinking. The evening takes a sinister turn when they introduce a Ouija board. Soon after, Phinneas displays bizarre and alarming behaviors during the night. As George delves deeper into the situation, he fears that his friend may be under the influence of a malevolent spirit, pushing their friendship to the brink of horror.
