Set against the backdrop of the months leading up to 9/11, a liberal professor gathers with his two sisters to honor their father's 75th birthday. As they celebrate, deeply rooted conflicts and differing perspectives on their family history ignite tensions. With each sibling harboring hidden wounds and long-standing grudges, their interactions are laced with sharp humor and poignant revelations.
