Plot

Set in 1950s Brooklyn, small-time gangster George and his partner Dip scramble to make amends after forgetting mob boss Joey's birthday. They hire Glorice, a prostitute, to impress him. To George's surprise, his efforts earn him a promotion to Joey’s right-hand man. However, he soon uncovers that Glorice is not who she appears to be. Tensions rise when Joey plans to marry Glorice, who has her own agenda and intends to blackmail him post-wedding. As George navigates this precarious situation, chaos ensues within the mobster ranks.
