Plot

Claire, a sharp venture capitalist from New York City, seeks refuge in a charming Vermont town for the holidays, landing at the struggling Fortenbury Bookstore. Upon her arrival, she learns that the town's Christmas festivities have been canceled due to a flood, and the store has fallen into disrepair. Determined to restore both, Claire faces resistance from the store's owner, Andrew, who dismisses her ideas. As romance blossoms, Claire's enthusiasm rekindles Andrew's holiday spirit. However, tensions rise when Claire uncovers his plans to sell the bookstore. Can the magic of Christmas sway Andrew to reconsider his future?
