Lost in Paradise (2011)

Plot

Naive twenty-year-old Khoi leaves his rural home for a fresh start in bustling Ho Chi Minh City. Eager to find a place to live, he quickly befriends the charming Dong, who invites him to share his apartment. Excited about his new urban adventure, Khoi visits the apartment and meets Lam, another resident. Choosing to stay, his optimism quickly fades when, while he showers, Dong and Lam—revealed to be a couple—steal all his money and belongings, leaving Khoi stranded and heartbroken in the city.
