Plot

Japan's government imposes strict regulations on superhero activities, introducing special ID cards created by tech giant Vector for surveillance. Soma Kusanagi, a part-time hero and full-time troublemaker, tests Vector's cutting-edge super suit, granting him the formidable powers of the Variable Combat Soldier, Strega. Amid his reckless adventures, a sinister scheme threatens to transform society into monsters. With his desires threatening to derail him, Soma teams up with Sayuri to unravel this dark conspiracy before time runs out. Their journey is a race against both temptation and a looming disaster.
