Plot

After the devastating 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, a journalist ventures to Nagaoka, a city with a history of destruction from both WWII bombings and the 2004 Chūetsu earthquakes. As she investigates the aftermath, she uncovers the personal stories of the resilient locals.
