Plot

John Wolfman juggles the challenges of being a politician, a single father, and a werewolf. As he battles against opponents looking to pass the controversial CHIMERICA Bill—which threatens to hand the U.S. over to China—he's also embroiled in a chilling murder investigation in the capital. Adding to the chaos are a deranged mad scientist, Smokey the Bear, and a Miss Teen Beauty Pageant. With a ticking clock and his son Bobby's life at stake, John must confront a murderous Vice President, all while navigating this wildly unique film crafted from recycled footage and a fresh soundtrack.
