The Screwdriver (1941)

Plot

Woody Woodpecker is cruising through the countryside, clearly not one to follow the rules. His reckless driving leads him to a traffic cop who’s on the lookout for speeders. Woody proves he’s guilty by zipping to Alaska and back in under a minute. When the cop attempts to arrest him, Woody taunts, "I bet you'd be less brave without that uniform." The officer then strips down, but Woody retaliates with a boxing glove camera. He further annoys the cop by disguising himself as a farmer in a horse-and-buggy and as a rickshaw driver. Eventually, the cop loses his cool and ends up in a mental hospital, with Woody assigned as his caretaker.
