Plot
Set against the backdrop of the war-torn Balkans in 1995, a group of aid workers faces an unexpected challenge while trying to resolve what seems like a straightforward issue in a largely stabilized area. Despite the relative peace, they encounter a myriad of hurdles from local residents, retreating soldiers, UN forces, and even a few cows, all compounded by an absurdly complex bureaucracy. Their mission to restore normalcy becomes a test of patience and resourcefulness in a landscape still haunted by the remnants of conflict.
